How it works

One-time admin setup
Configure Truv in your LOS:
- Enter Truv credentials (Client ID + Access Secret) in your LOS integration settings
- Configure auto-run rules (trigger conditions, borrower types, loan stages)
- Set up templates in the Truv Dashboard for branding and document delivery

Verification is ordered
Orders can be placed manually by a loan officer or triggered automatically when loan conditions are met (e.g., loan status moves to “In Processing”).

Borrower connects their accounts
The borrower receives an email and/or SMS with a verification link. They authenticate with their payroll provider or bank through Truv’s secure, white-labeled widget.

Data flows back to your LOS
Once connected, Truv automatically delivers:
- Verified reports to your eFolder or LOS document section
- Income and employment data populated to loan fields
- Report IDs pre-populated for GSE submissions (Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac)

Re-verify as needed
For 10-day Pre-Closing Verification (PCV), re-order directly from your LOS without additional borrower setup.
